It's very difficult for me to have Southwestern food without guacamole, possible, but difficult. I like this version of guacamole, stripped down to the bare essentials. Feel free to make additions to your preference, such as chopped tomato, green pepper, or onion.

1   AvocadoCut in half, seed removed, a flesh spooned out into small mixing bowl
1 tbsp Lime JuiceOr about a half a lime, squeezed
1 dash SaltReally adds allot
1 dash White PepperAdds allot, as with the salt
1 clove GarlicMinced


1 With a fork, mash the avocado flesh so that is quite smooth, or somewhat chunky if preferred.
2 Add the minced garlic, salt and pepper, and finally the lime juice.
3 Mix well.
4 Simply delicious.
