It's very difficult for me to have Southwestern food without guacamole, possible, but difficult. I like this version of guacamole, stripped down to the bare essentials. Feel free to make additions to your preference, such as chopped tomato, green pepper, or onion.
|1||AvocadoCut in half, seed removed, a flesh spooned out into small mixing bowl|
|1||tbsp||Lime JuiceOr about a half a lime, squeezed|
|1||dash||SaltReally adds allot|
|1||dash||White PepperAdds allot, as with the salt|
|1||With a fork, mash the avocado flesh so that is quite smooth, or somewhat chunky if preferred.|
|2||Add the minced garlic, salt and pepper, and finally the lime juice.|
