I've become a real fan of this dressing. I use it as an alternative to vinaigrette on occasion, and also as an ingredient in different types of wraps, of which I'm also a great fan!

|2||ScallionsVery thinly sliced|
|1||tbsp||White Wine VinegarCan substitute other variety of preference|
|1||tsp||White SugarScant, optional; give it a try|
|1||Simply mix all the ingredients together and, if possible, let sit for a half hour or so to let the flavors mingle.|
