Lasagne, traditional

This is the first lasagne I remember having. Once the sauce is made, and the ingredients on hand, the preparation is quite simple and the results very tasty. You'll need to prepare a recipe of Tomato Sauce, preferably with the optional use of infused bay leaf during the simmering.


1 lb. Lasagne NoodlesApproximately; usually I have two packages on hand to make sure there is enough
1 dry oz. Ricotta
2   Egg/s
2 cups Parmesan CheeseGrated
1 lb. Mozzarella CheeseThinly sliced, or grated


1 I use a Corning Ware (ceramic) about nine inches by thirteen inches.
2 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
