This is a wonderful dish for hungry people on a warm Summer evening. The salad has excellent variety of texture, color, and taste, each part complementing the other so as to make a perfect meal. We serve with the crustiest and tastiest loaf of bread we can find. Truly, nothingelse is needed, except for a favorite cold drink.
